Hello have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. This seems to be a common problem so has anyone managed to find a way around this or do hundreds of people have a FitBit with an unusable feature on it? I'd be grateful for any advice. This is ridiculous! I am really frustrated. One FitBit admin stated to use the FitBit app on a mobile device, however I tried that and it says it music transfer must be completed using a desktop. It is not available on the Mac App Store! If you do find a way to download it the versa isn't listed as a device. A lot of solutions involve downloading the FitBit connect App. My MacBook Air is bluetooth enabled and won't find my FitBit when everything other gadget does. I picked the Versa partially because I you can download music onto it and after being gifted a bluetooth earphones for xmas I have realised it is impossible to get music onto the versa. Hello everyone, I know this issue has been posted many times but I haven't found any solutions.
